Our Team
Kevin Kennedy has been a certified public accountant since 1995 and is a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University (Previously New Hampshire College) in Manchester, New Hampshire. Kevin has worked both in the private and public sectors of accounting and focuses on assisting small businesses and their owners, as well as utilizing his skills as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and his Accredited Business Valuation (ABV) credentials with litigation and valuation engagements.
Kevin holds memberships with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and is on the Board of Trustees for the New Hampshire Society of CPAs and is the former Vice President of the NH Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Kevin is also Co-Chair for the tax and legislative committee of the NHSCPA and is a Justice of the Peace.
Caitlin Ernst is our Firm Administrator. Caitlin graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Public Affairs from Lasell University in 2020. She earned her Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and her Paralegal certificate from Boston University in 2022. Caitlin provides administrative support to all aspects of the firm. She is responsible for scheduling and coordinating appointments, preparing engagement letters for clients, processing and packaging tax returns and financial statements, answering phone calls and email inquiries, and much more.
Erica Edwards is one of our Staff Accountants. Erica is a graduate of Rhode Island College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Accounting, where she achieved Magna Cum Laude status. Erica will assist clients and businesses with tax preparation and accounting services. As a member of her school’s women’s soccer team, she was awarded MVP in 2017 and 2019, as well as named to the Little East Conference All-Academic Team in 2018 and 2019.
Lisa Roznovsky is one of our Staff Accountants. She graduated with her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University in January 2025 and plans to continue her studies and sit for the Certified Public Accountants exam. Her background in accounting includes more than fifteen years working as a bookkeeper and in payroll processing. Lisa assists with personal and business tax preparation and planning, as well as litigation support projects.
Steven Bouchard earned a Master of Science in Accounting, with a Tax Concentration, from Southern New Hampshire University as well as a Bachelor of Science in Finance and an Associate’s Degree in Accounting from Bentley University in Waltham, MA. With over 20 years of accounting and finance experience at State Street Corporation in Boston, MA, Steve assists clients with their tax and accounting needs.
